Aldbury, Herts

 I took a trip out to Aldbury in Hertfordshire, it is a lovely village with walks aplenty.  

The village is in a dip with the Chilterns on one side, with the Ashridge Estate on top, which we plan to visit another time.  There was an independent cafe there which has changed in 2022

We walked up the opposite side which is also a big hill, with lovely views.  Once again the weather could have been far better, the sun did peep through every now and again.

There are footpaths galore and we kind of just followed our noses, and manged a circular walk.

We ate at the Musette Cafe, which had seating inside and out.  We shared a pizza, which was very nice and had a cake each too, well we had walked quite a way.
